Wondros Partners with MusiCares to Launch The Day That Music Cares Introducing a Day of Volunteerism on July 28, 2023
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Los Angeles, California—Wondros is proud to announce its partnership with MusiCares and the extended GRAMMY family for the July 28, 2023 launch of The Day That Music Cares.
The Day That Music Cares will bring the music community together for a day of volunteerism in local communities across the United States. The campaign aims to encourage the entire music community to commit to community service, while demonstrating the profound impact of coming together for the betterment of all. It will be another demonstration of how music brings us all together to make the world a better place. It will highlight inspiring stories of people, communities, and organizations that are driving change.
Wondros will introduce and amplify The Day That Music Cares with a mission video and social media campaign in July 2023 to ignite a potential “movement of volunteerism” in the music community, highlighting its unique ability to drive positive change on a massive scale. Anyone connected to music – from those who make it happen, to fans – are invited to unite on this day to volunteer in their own local communities for causes close to their heart.
Prior to the July 28, The Day That Music Cares date, participants can show where they are volunteering and connect with others here: TheDayThatMusicCares.com.
Founded by the Recording Academy in 1989, MusiCares is a charity supporting the health and welfare of the music community through direct financial grant programs, networks of support resources, and tailored crisis relief efforts.
Stay tuned for more updates and join us in the journey to make The Day That Music Cares an extraordinary celebration of music, compassion, and giving back.
