The National Institutes of Health’s All of Us Research Program embarks on an unprecedented mission to accelerate health research and help advance precision health by inviting all Americans to contribute to one of the largest and most diverse health databases of its kind. As the program’s Experience Design, Marketing, and Communications partner, Wondros collaborates with the NIH and program partners to design thoughtful experiences, inspire participation and engage researchers.
Wondros has produced a comprehensive film library for All of Us, featuring personal testimonials from participants, researchers, community leaders, advocates, influencers, program leaders, and partner organizations. These films showcase real-life stories and insights into health research while highlighting the program's mission, progress, and commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
We developed a brand strategy and design for All of Us that not only respects but elevates its vision. Rooted in the program's R.I.P.E. personality—Real, Innovative, Positive, and Empathetic—our visual identity resonates with a diverse audience. The brand is genuine, committed to cutting-edge science, and deeply compassionate.
The All of Us program aims to recruit a significant number of participants from diverse backgrounds. Our campaigns meet people where they are, using culturally rich photography, engaging copywriting, and distinct design to capture attention and foster deeper connections with the program.
All of Us has a powerful story to tell. Wondros provides strategic communications support for the program, with the goal of creating a "multiplier effect" with our communications, using national outreach paired with local activities in communities across the country to build large-scale awareness about the program across markets and media channels to maximize the impact of engagement and enrollment efforts.
Wondros provides user experience (UX) expertise and conducts research to ensure the program understands the goals, motivations, attitudes, and behaviors of participants, researchers, and staff members. Our user-centered approach helps foster meaningful pathways and interactions across the research consortium.
We create and manage a range of engaging experiences for All of Us, including websites, apps, and digital communication assets. We manage key platforms, including an asset repository that supports the program's hundreds of partners in their outreach efforts. We also co-develop and manage the entire network of joinallofus.org and researchallofus.org websites, serving as primary entry points for participants and researchers.
Wondros develops social media content strategies and executes the development of tailored, dynamic social media campaigns for the program's social channels (X, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn). Our aim is to translate complex scientific information into digestible and entertaining content that inspires, builds awareness, and educates the various audiences the program is trying to connect with.
Our data science and analytics team employs advanced data synthesis across communication channels, working with All of Us analytics to develop data lakes and lead ETL processes. Integrating qualitative and quantitative data, we generate insightful and actionable reports that refine outreach strategies and enhance campaign impact. By ensuring our campaigns are both effective and efficient, we maximize overall impact and reach.
