Noble began cultivating his filmmaking skills at Long Island University C.W. Post Campus film school graduating in 1985. However his love of filmmaking started long before that. At the age of eight he built a still camera from a kit. He also shot several little movies on an 8mm Bell & Howell given to him by his father, thus beginning his lifelong obsession with filmmaking.

Right out of college, Noble started working for ESPN and the Sports Channel as well as doing corporate industrials for clients such as AT&T.

In 1989, Noble was hired by the New York City Department of Corrections as the in-house filmmaker. In a rare opportunity to study criminal behavior, body language, and the nuances of social interaction in an atmosphere of men facing severe consequences, Noble was granted the gold shield that gave him access to Rikers Island. There Noble was encouraged to get as close to reality as possible by staging scenarios using actual inmates and guards in the making of training films.

From there he moved onto advertising, where he shot in many countries around the world, working with such clients at AT&T, Proctor & Gamble, Coca Cola and the World Wildlife Federation.

In 1998, Noble received the AICP award for best graphic design for a spot he directed for the University Of Pittsburgh.

In 1999, Noble took on the challenge of acting as his own Director of Photography in both commercials & music videos. He has worked with some of the most notable artists of the past two decades, from Mary J. Blige to Seal, to the Goo Goo Dolls.

In 2008, Noble was nominated for a Grammy award for 10 Days Out: Blues From the Backroads - A feature length documentary featuring the work of several blues artists on the fabled "Blues Highway" that stretches through the American south.

Noble also wrote, directed and shot a short film entitled Roomie further developing his facility creating dramatic tension, narrative twist and mood.

Noble is currently working as Second Unit Director on a new film from David Fincher (Seven, Fight Club, Zodiac, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button). Noble is actively working to establish himself in feature films, and has several projects in development.
